Hi,

If you running LXDE PPA, you should have receive an update of pcmanfm2
package recently.

This update breaks pcmanfm, you will not be able to launch it. 
The bug was reported upstream :

In the meantime, you can remove pcmanfm2 package, and install pcmanfm
and lubuntu-default-settings at version 0.6.1 (in Synaptic, select
lubuntu-default-settings, go to Package => Force Version). You can also
lock this version until the issue is solved (in Synaptic,
lubuntu-default-settings, go to Package => check Lock Version)
