Re: A few problems with Lubuntu 11.10

No, I didn't fix it.

I have two processes of xscreensaver too. I killed one of them, and I made sure that Lock Screen option was unchecked : my screen still locks.

But are we in the same case ? I'm talking about the fact that my screen locks after sleep ; maybe it is a normal behavior ? Without sleeping, I am not sure that my screen locks.

Hello Pierre,

I'm glad to know that. Please let me know if the same issue will be back again.

As for the Screensaver, while I was checking, I found weird thing:

There are two Processes of xscreensaver and both of them are working so when you stop it and go to your desktop, the other one will work and take you back to the screensaver so you need to stop it once more. However, Lock Screen in my case works ONLY when I force it. I unchecked that option from xscreensaver :

In my case, "Lock Screen After" is unchecked and I have no issues even with the two processes of xscreensaver.

Not really sure how to fix your issue?

Did you manage to fix it?

Thanks!

    Hi,

Your solutions works for me. Thanks a lot !

By "Lock Screen After", I was talking about the option in
XScreenSaver. This option isn't checked on my system, but my
    screen locks after slepp.
