Hi boss,

after a person was banned he got un-banned.

You really do need to set up a proceedure of the un banning. The OP did not
fully know why he had been banned,

Are we to use https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/IRC_OPsTeam as to
instructions? Also what of the mailing lists do we use?
