Midori by default in the installation?
I'm playing aorund a bit with Midori in Lubuntu 12.04 and despite ppc
some esthetical problems i've with, i found it deals pretty much
better (than firefox) with the arkwarded "missing flash for ppc"
problem. I'f i activate the html5 options many movies - especially
also embedded ones on the sites of newspapers e.g. - are played
without any bigger problem. Oh, i know of gnash and lightspark but
never ever i was able to got anything useful with them save that, if i
install one of them, it works like a dummy and helps to avoid to be
always pointed to the flash installation link.
The configuration of midori sure, is not that rich as those of firefox
but i think for a normal user it could do a lot (and often faster and
better) of what firefox does. At least as a 2nd choice it would be
good to have it. Just my ideas . . .
