Message #00569
a request from QA
Hi guys and gals,
well, we are now noted as a good team, so we will get requests :)
If anyone can help out on the below, please ensure you hit the 'reply to
all' button so Nicholas gets a copy :)
(20:30:06) *balloons:* well, what I'm hoping to do is organize a "how to
use the iso tracker" session next weds
(20:30:27) *balloons:* and I was hoping to get some rockstar iso testers to
give me a hand
(20:31:42) *balloons:* you of course sprung to mind.. but yea.. go focus on
your rhce and good luck again!
(20:31:47) *phillw:* afaik, Lance is the most experienced iso tester. But
do feel free to join https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-qa and ask on that ML
(20:32:31) *phillw:* now the people have gotten used to iso-tracker, the ML
is low traffic.
(20:33:20) *balloons:* if you wouldn't mind cc'ing me and asking some
people you think might be able to help, I would appreciate it!
(20:33:42) *balloons:* basically, I'm going to run a couple sessions (one
midday utc, one lateday utc)
(20:33:52) *balloons:* and it will be pretty relaxes
(20:34:08) *balloons:* *relaxed.. but having some super experienced people
around for hard questions would be good
(20:34:09) *phillw:* and the rest of lubuntu now scream "Raise a bug!!!" at
people on IRC / general email list....
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Testing#Bugs
(20:35:10) *phillw:* on our docs, we point to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/ISO/Procedures for iso-tracker
(20:35:28) *balloons:* yep.. that's the place
