Hi,
I downloaded & installed the latest available 13.04 using zsync &
VirtualBox. The virtual machine had no connection to the network
(internet) so I wasn't able todownload Language Packs ort anything
else. It all went without problems. I may not have set up the
VirtualBox machine to the optimum but the installation took about one
hour.
My hardware: (I have an unbranded machine), AMD Sempron

If you are worried about being an ISO tester, then let me assure you
of one simple thing.... You were an ISO tester when you installed
lubuntu the first time :) You are here because it worked; some of you
may had problems that needed help.. Let us get 13.04 better! The
developers have done their part, we now need people to test it.

because of you, Lubuntu is still alive and still dazzling the world.
