Indeed.  If you can pastebin text, you can capture it to a text file and
attach that file to the bug report in Launchpad, so it will stay there.
 Same for screenshots and graphical pastebins... you can attach the
graphics file to the Launchpad bug in the same way.

Pastebins are great for collaborative near-real-time sharing of
debugging information, code snippets, scripts to run, etc.  They are not
intended for long term information storage, as far as I know.
