Re: alternate w/o network incorrectly configuring mirrors
Wxl,
I was unable to replicate on a G3 iMac using 20130418 alternate. Maybe it has something to do with b43? I don't have any PPC hardware with Wi-Fi to test.
I tested two ways while Ethernet unplugged and booted from usb.
1. Not configure network at this time.
2. Configure network manually and just plug in information. (Even though the machine was not plugged in to Ethernet.)
Neither prompted me for a mirror and went on to complete the installation. I'll try AMD64 later to see if that differs.
Regards,
Str8

ok i guess i was crazy [1]. debian-installer is tracked on launchpad.
so here's the bug report:
http://launchpad.net/bugs/1170597
wxl
[1] rather, here's where the confusion came from:
https://launchpad.net/debian-installer (first hit for debian-installer in the search engine) vs.
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/debian-installer
