Moment of Truth

Dear Lubuntu Family Members, Users, Fans and Everyone who will read this :)

Since I have decided to step down and resign from my leading roles of some
Lubuntu Sub-Teams [1], some rumors and fuss about nothing has
been publicized/spread. I decided to simply ignore these and move on.
However, there are limits which should never be crossed, hence, this email
is to be sent :)

Long Story Short:
I, amjjawad (AKA Ali Linx) is publicly announcing and stating that I'm a
member of Lubuntu Family, period. The One and Only Family that I truly LOVE
and prefer is Lubuntu Family, period. Therefore, I couldn't leave it for
the last two years. Prove? I'm still here :)

I understand the email I sent to announce that I'm stepping down was very
short but I thought it was obvious I wrote and sent that with great pain
and sadness. It wasn't easy for me to step down at all. Maybe my guess was
wrong and I had to explain more at that day? but I honestly could not.

Then, what is going on?

*Long Story Short: I have decided to 'STEP DOWN', that is all.*

So, some may see a conspiracy where there is none! Please, Stop it, would
you? thank you :)

What am I up to?

Long Story Short, in 13th of July, 2013 (People on my Facebook and Google+
can clearly read that post), I have sent an email and contacted several
Linux Communities. Some replied me. Some did not yet.

I found some replies were interesting and I liked the idea so I stepped in
and offered my help to some Communities.

As of today, I have joined so far:
Xubuntu as an ISO Tester
Peppermint as Community Manager
Ubuntu GNOME as QA Lead

There are other two communities I might try my best and help but not yet
sure.

This is, IMHO, totally private but it seems, sometimes, people are seeking
gossip/rumors more than knowledge and/or helping each other :)
I appreciate if my privacy could be respected a bit more than this

What am I doing?

Yes, it seems I have unleashed my full power and have taken so many
responsibilities. That, indeed, is the challenge I'm seeking right now.

Future Plans?

This is all for now. I shall not expand my activities beyond that for the
time being.

What is with your own new project?

I have decided to work on that only two days a week Maximum. Or, whenever I
have spare time for it. Yet, another challenge.

At the end, I do hope this is clear enough.

Wish me luck with my new challenges and I shall jump in to help Lubuntu
Family whenever they need an extra hand. I stepped down when I realized and
made sure there are many great fighters, skilled contributors and
experiences Linux Users are around so Lubuntu is in safe hands ;)
