It will be easier to give relevant advice if you post the specification
details of your computer as asked by me earlier and recently by Paul
Sutton. Which AMD chip/card ... ?

That picture does tell something. The 'next' command (that is not shown)
is the one failing. Someone might know which one it is. I'm sorry, but I
don't know which one it is.

Try booting from a CD/DVD/USB drive, if your current installed system
won't boot. You can also try nomodeset and several other boot options
one-by-one and combinations (more than one boot option at the same
time). You can run the programs to find out the specification of your
system when booted from the CD/DVD/USB drive.
