has stepped in and taken that role? and then people complain why Lubuntu
13.10 is not a good release! rather than complaining, offer your help.
And for the QA Team, 2 months to decide who is going to lead the Team?
this is a long period, IMHO!

I hope the email I sent will be the wake up call for this team!
