The bug is therefore incomplete until it is found in a supported
release, or a still supported part of 12.04. LTS

Bug description:

   Firefox on that live-cd is 10, the language packages are 11 (and not
  compatible)!

  what was expected - the language pack to be compatible

  what happened - they are not.
