I notice that Transmission-GTK does not have an AppArmor profile.

I've added a draft profile to the bug report and have been testing it
for some days now:

I've not noticed anything in kern.log during my testings, so at least
it's not too restrictive for regular use.  I've also tried it a few
times with a fresh account and no Transmission data at all.  If anyone
else want to try it and comment, that might get it polished more quickly.
