Title:
power manager has wierd black background on lxpanel

Status in “lxpanel” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
To reproduce open a live cd in virtualbox of a lubuntu i386 iso in a
live session. To find this open then look at the panel and see the
black backgruodn that makes it hard to look at the background.

I expected the panel to be a very light gray like how the panel
normally is by defualt on lubuntu. Instead it is black like in
  screenshot.
