Re: Devs work items for 16.04

Hi boss!,

as expected, a holding release will be nice. If you can peck some of the
niggles from 15.10 as a bug fix without breaking too much else, that'd be
good :D
(Runs and hides)

The fate of LSC has once more raised its head. Are Canonical going to drop
python 2 support in 16.04? If so, it seems LSC will be dead in the water.
If not, then any works on software centre can focus on what Jorn has done
for Qt. (The screen shot looks amazing! ).

Oh, and we are really, really going to make a major overhaul of the
community wiki system in time for 16.04. It is aimed to have it in such a
format that it could be included on the iso as 'off-line' help as wiki
pages are pretty small footprint, but that is for us to convince you to use
image space up for such an inclusion on the Desktop ISO (Alternate will
always remain the stripped down version :D ).

Kindest regards,

Phill.
