Hiyas AJ,

as they are different areas, both are welcome pages and have different
headers. The help area is for Lubuntu help docs, whereas the
wiki.ubuntu.comone has the links to other areas, such as the teams
etc. They do each need
updating each release, but are not expected to be copies of each other.
