Hi Karl,
this part of archiving off 'old' stuff has not yet been fully resolved.
Hence the warning about making too many edits with the new system due in.
Deleting stuff is something that should not be done.
To be honest, until the decision is made on how all the older release pages
should be archived - I'd leave it there. Once we have clarification that
page and guides will hopefully be split in the contents area stating
10.04, 10.10, 11.04, 11.10, 12.04 so that people can more easily navigate
what is applicable for their release version (for example, some of the
10.04 is also applicable to 10.10, but there will only be one page; with
both of them pointing to it). It's a bit of a logistical nightmare and is
why the 'bosses' are taking time to work out which is the least painful way
for it to be done accross the entire *buntu network of wikis.
