If you seek my advice, I'd highly recommend to contact the 3 people who
signed up and volunteered to do the Manual to check whether they are
'still' interested or not?

Also, I'd highly recommend to send an email to the List CC Lubuntu Wiki
about that. I can do this for you ;)
