Well, co-leaders is something a bit superfluous, since it always means that
the suppose "co-leader" is actually leading the team. No attempt to offend
anyone, but that was my case.
Reserve leaders is interesting, although I think a team would actually be
better. We can't keep up with everything if we insist in getting leaders
and not a team. I'd rather have a team of 3 guys to work with, than a
reserve leader, or a co-leader.
But, that's my 2 cents.
In regard to finding a team leader to the communication segment, yes, I am
in favour of getting the word out via social media - Twitter, Facebook and
such.
