I've changed the default reviewer of lp:maas to ~maas-maintainers so
that Robie (rbasak) can vote officially. It was ~launchpad-reviewers
previously.

I also added a subscription to lp:maas so that members of
~maas-maintainers don't get review email by default. If you want to
receive review mail about lp:maas, please subscribe at:

  https://code.launchpad.net/~maas-maintainers/maas/trunk

The packaging branch, lp:~maas-maintainers/maas/packaging, already had
~maas-maintainers as default reviewer, so I didn't change that, but I
did add a subscription to block review email by default. Again, if you
