I have changed the default reviewer for the three main MAAS branches
(1.0, 1.0-nocobbler and trunk) from ~maas-maintainers to ~launchpad-reviewers.

launchpad-reviewers is a member of maas-maintainers anyway so most people 
won't notice any difference.  This change has the effect of forcing people to 
opt in to get MP email instead of pushing emails out to all members of the 
maintainers team.
