That bug has just been fixed with a packaging tweak.  We also need to fix this 
one: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/maas/+bug/1056643
but you can work around it by stopping the isc-dhcp-server, then dpkg-
reconfigure maas-dhcp.
