MAAS testing: maas - 0.1+bzr1264+dfsg-0ubuntu2

Hi there,

today I tried maas - 0.1+bzr1264+dfsg-0ubuntu2 from the quantal archive.

We still have an issue separating some nodes in the QA lab in a
different subnet to properly test the maas-cluster-controller. Larry
is going to the DC tomorrow to re-arrange the nodes to fix this.

I was able to install the maas-region-controller and a
maas-cluster-controller in different VMs, and get the
maas-cluster-controller to register into the RC. Initially the
registration wasn't working because of a misconfiguration in the RC.

To make this work I had to manually edit the BROKER_URL to point to
the right place address after the package install. After a discussion
with Julian on IRC, I filed bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/maas/+bug/1068383

After making the change, the CC registered into the RC and the
dhcpd.conf was properly written. I can't test that nodes in this
subnet are booting because of the lab config mentioned above.

I successfully bootstrapped juju on amd64 and arm nodes.

Cheers,
