Are the new IPs from the static range supposed to be, er, "static"? I mean,
I have node X that is registered in maas and ready, I started it and it got
one IP from that range. Then I stopped and started it again, and it got
another one from that range ("start" and "stop" being maas gui actions). Is
that expected?
