I think taking port 80/443 is unfriendly. People EXPECT those ports to
be apache, nginx or haproxy, maybe also squid, not some app server.
Socially, I think it's better to put MAAS on it's own above-1024 port,
with a trivial-to-enable proxy from the above to /MAAS/.
