MAAS 1.8 RC1 Released

I'm happy to announce that MAAS 1.8.0 RC1 has been released. This is a new
upstream release that features:

   - Web UI Re-design
   - Live Updating
      - Bulk Actions
      - Live Searching
      - Better Filtering
      - Tag Management
      - Add Chassis
   - Support for Devices
   - Storage Discovery
   - Twisted Daemons (maas-regiond)
   - DB Isolation
   - VMware support
   - Minor notable changes
   - Discovered virtual machine names are imported into MAAS
   - Virtual machine boot order is now set automatically
   - Systemd Support


MAAS 1.8.0 RC 1 will be available for testing:

*ppa:maas-maintainers/testing*

*NOTICE:*
Once a MAAS RC release is successfully tested and no critical issues are
present, MAAS 1.8.0 Final will be released. Once MAAS 1.8.0 is officially
released, it will replace MAAS 1.7.5 in:

ppa:maas-maintainers/stable
