[Bug 1541936] [NEW] pseudoetymological is bunglesome and discommoding to be used for a MAAS node name

Public bug reported:

Build Version/Date: MAAS 1.10
Environment used for testing: Xenial

Summary:
In the latest MAAS, a node was named pseudoetymological-adalberto. This causes row wrapping in the UI. I feel like the adjective should be limited to a reasonable char count.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enlist a node

Expected result:
Names are a reasonable length

Actual result:
An 18 character adjective seems a bit excessive

** Affects: python-petname (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
