We focus support on the latest release of Ubuntu. I am sorry that you
find the ath9k driver problem unacceptable. I added some information to
your bug report and it should hopefully get some attention soon. Since
the problem is fixed upstream you can compile a new kernel in Intrepid
if it is that big of an issue.
