It should work but you can try to install it manually.



bzr branch lp:magentoerpconnect/magento-module



sudo cp
~/magento-module/Openlabs_OpenERPConnector-1.1.0/app/etc/modules/Openlabs_
OpenERPConnector.xml /var/www/magento/app/etc/modules/;

sudo cp -R ~/magento-module/Openlabs_OpenERPConnector-1.1.0/Openlabs
/var/www/magento/app/code/community/.;



Don’t forget to disable / clear your Magento cache (first place issue ?).



It should appear in System > Configuration > Advanced



For everyone’s info, it seems to work on 1.5.0.1 (not so surprising
considering changes made)

Openlabs_OpenERPConnector-1.3.1.tgz with Magento 1.4.2



Hello,

I’m as new to Magento as to the Magento Mailing list, so I would be happy
for any advice.

I tried installing the Magento Extension
Openlabs_OpenERPConnector-1.3.1.tgz via Magento Connect under 1.4.2 and
also manually via pear.
Both times the download finishes, but the Extension doesn’t get installed
and so doesn’t show up under the Extensions.

   downloading Openlabs_OpenERPConnector-1.3.1.tgz ...
   Starting to download Openlabs_OpenERPConnector-1.3.1.tgz (11,868 bytes)
   . . ...done: 11,868 bytes

Can you give me any advice ?
