Starting from bug #513331 I'm used to check the ITA language pack
through:

# find -type f -exec php -l {} > /dev/null \;
# find -type f -exec iconv -f UTF-8 -o /dev/null {} \;

While the first check give no error the second returns the same issues
already found in 1.1.x, as described in #513331 comment 4: in 1.1.x
there were 2 issues, today in 1.2.x there are 15 ones.
