Bug description:
Option to select multiple files (lassoing with mouse or using shift-click or cntrl-click) when uploading media (e.g. image files) rather than having to select and upload one file at a time.
Solutions using Flash are to be found in Wordpress, and the SWFUpload project. These circumvent the limitations of the standard file element in HTML forms, which only allows for single file selection. However they also offer standard HTML alternatives for those without Flash or javascript.
