Bug description:
When inserting images into a view description via the HTML control, the image is loaded into the view index page, summary area. The idea of doing this was to add a banner to a view. 

This could be achieved with a view box, but with a 1 column view layout, the image is centralised with no option to align it left.

Also view boxes don't allow the title field to be empty, so I end up with a title for the banner. The best way around it was to insert the image into the view description HTML but this caused the issue as seen in the screenshot.
