Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Fix Committed

Bug description:
Some system of alerts to a user when feedback has been placed on elements of their View would be useful. Currently, they have to click on individual Block titles to see if feedback has been placed. I think that is the only way?

A message in their inbox?
A View wide summary of feedback for the owner?
