The attached patch should fix this query issue.  Hopefully someone can
add this to master for me as soon as possible. Thanks for reporting the

When going to My Plans under Profile on Mahara 1.3 beta4 it reports back: Mahara: Site unavailable
A nonrecoverable error occured. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system.
