Bug description:
Blocktypes that render themselves with pagination for views (e.g. My Friends, Blog, Plans) sometimes use the same function & templates for rendering during export.

You end up with pagination arrows that don't work in the HTML export, and javascript being output in the leap2a content.

We should initially turn pagination off when rendering for export, and eventually we should perhaps rewrite the pagination links in html export so that they work on the exported site.
