Ahem - I pushed one fix, then on re-reading I discovered that the link
shouldn't be there unless the site has controlled and/or invite groups.

I've pushed a subsequent fix which reverts my initial fix and instead
corrects the template.

Bug description:
The My Friends page (/user/myfriends.php) has an 'edit group membership' link, but it doesn't seem to be working at moment...
