Hi Richard

I wasn't able to get IE8 to misbehave like it was yesterday - this may
have been caused by some html code in the box that shouldn't have been
there.

In IE7 the formatting didn't seem to take on mahara or the myportfolio
site. Have attached screenshot showing the text changed to heading 1 but
not showing as heading 1 or html code being changed.

Bug description:
There seem to be problems in mahara.org formatting text in a text box using the WYSIWYG editor with IE 

Have tried IE 7 where the formatting applied seems to be ignored.

In IE8 the formatting is applied but is hard to apply to blocks of text and undo.

Using Windows Vista and Windows 7
