Fixed, but not tested on anything other than a hacked mahara leap2a
file.  Penny suggested trying the sample pebblepad exports, but Mahara
unhelpfully imports all their 'webfolios' as blogposts rather than as
views.

Bug description:
When importing leap2a files that weren't created by mahara, there could be more than one 'Webpage' (imported as a View)  that 'is_part_of' a 'Website' (imported as Collection).  Make sure we don't try to insert imported views into more than one collection.
