Hope changes will be clear for user intuitively:

When attached images are available, and one has chosen image from image
dropdown (but not submitted yet), the Image URL input becomes disabled.
Choosing "--" from image list re-enables the URL box.

When attached images are available, and one has entered URL, the image
dropdown list becomes disabled. Making Image URL input box clear re-
enables image dropdown list.

New feature: Image description (alt) is taken from attached image
description (the one set at My Files) if one is available.
