They're also this way around (Delete | Edit) on admin/site/menu.php
Other locations where Edit and Delete are together, Edit is often above Delete rather than next to it.

However, I do agree - from a usability perspective, I think that the
Edit should go on the left of the right, or above it.

Bug description:
The Edit and Delete buttons are in reverse order than on all other pages where they occur next to each other.

Usually it is Edit and then Delete. On Group Categories it is Delete and then Edit. It should also be Edit and Delete, I think.
