listening to music). The title is correct, but not the bug description.
I meant "profile view publicly accessible".

** Description changed:

  On master.dev not all users can make their portfolio publicly accessible
- though I set the admin setting to "Yes" and see several people who can
- make their portfolio public, but most can't. Could it be admins and
