Status in Mahara ePortfolio: New

Bug description:
1a) The left hand info box sits fractionally lower than the middle and right hand boxes. 
b) Because of this, the 'Create and Collect' H3 heading and 'Develop your portfolio' subheading text sits lower than the equivalent text in the other boxes.

2) The Recent Activity and other middle column icons are not sitting in their icon-containers, so are not completely visible.
