There are other files in lib that need to be served too - for example
htdocs/lib/pieforms/static/core/pieforms.js, so when we fix this we
should fix all of them.

Bug description:
Admins should be able to put a deny on the entire /lib/ directory so nothing should be served from there.

I should have put the flowplayer under /js/ or in the artefact subdirectory :(

I suggest doing that for 1.3 but leaving it where it is for 1.2.
