IMHO "Login as" should still be the button. Perhaps it may read "Login
as user", rather than mentioning the username.

Bug description:
Some notification icons are missing from the raw theme: watchlist, objectionable content.
Icons in the bottom view menu only appear for the default theme.
Login-as button looks ugly for users with long usernames.
Invite to group form on user/view has an envelope icon on the far left.
