Yeah I guess they are  the same.  I interpreted bug #624459 as being
more far-reaching because it talked about artefacts like group blogs.
This one was specifically about missing block types in the files,
images, etc. tab.

Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Fix Committed

Bug description:
Hey guys am trying to edit my group http://master.dev.mahara.org/view/blocks.php?id=750 but when I clicked on the Files, images and video tab,  I saw only the external Video icon to drag. Is this the behaviour? Because I have seen other files in there when I edited a non group content and layout!

This was on Linux with FF3, master dev mahara 1.3 I don't know the database but from Catalyst
