Bug description:
The size of the wysiwyg text box is IMO slightly too small and makes adding posts (e.g. forum posts) slightly more labourious that I'd like.

I propose making the row/column size user configurable and applying that to all instances where the editor is used.

I've written a patch and will supply it when I get it signed off.
