It sounds like a bug to me, in fact I think in 1.2 it does go back to My
Views, so this is something that was broken fairly recently.

Bug description:
1.3.0cr
My Portfolio > My Views > Edit Content and Layout 
If you hit the "Done" button at the bottom of the edit view window, you're redirected to your Home Dashboard.  Seems to me it would make more sense to go to My Views panel. 

Does that sound like a bug?
