There are only 198 lines in view/artefact.php

Bug description:
While looking at the code... 1.3.0 

I have not noticed any specific problem with function - I noticed that lines 179-216 and 221-246 of view/artefact.php are displayed in Dreamweaver as if they have been commented out.  This might be just a quirk of Dreamweaver, and the code might be fine.  However I thought I'd mention it as a possible bug, in case 
 "$js .= <<<EOF" 
would result in code being interpreted as non-actionable comment code.
