That will require some changes, as in Blog Post TinyMCE dialog is a
custom one and uses filebrowser pieform functionality (select list),
though file uploading in comments does not use a filebrowser.

Bug description:
The TinyMCE insert image dialogue differs on Blog Post to other locations (e.g. place feedback). IMO this is a usability bug as users will expect it to be the same everywhere (I did!).

Since feedback can include uploaded files, I'd favour use of the same image dialogue as the blog post in the feedback section to allow easier inclusion of inline images - perhaps there's a pedagogical reason for not doing so though?
