Richard, when I  tried to use the file upload, I was expecting it to
behave in exactly the same way as other uploads - e.g. javascript upload
without having to submit the form for the file to be uploaded. On deeper
inspection, it appears that the file upload on the comments input areas
don't even try to use js which kinda breaks with the consistency of the
UI.

I'd like to suggest that we unify all of the file uploads to all use the
same interface - i.e. moving the comments file upload to use the same js
as, for example, the blog post file upload. This should clarify things a
great deal, and would also make it possible to include images inline in
comments (as in blog posts).

Bug description:
Verified on master using both chrome and firefox.

When submitting feedback to a blog post, I have the option to attach a file, however selecting a file seems to upload the file on form post so no feedback is given.

Possibly related (since if you have no files, you can't include them), the Image insert dialogue (TinyMCE) differs from the main blog post one in that you can't include an image from an attachment. This may be a separate bug but I won't report it until the uploads work in case it isn't.
